Combines a modified Sinskey Hook and a bi-convex spatula with beveled notches

This instrument features a modified Sinskey hook to locate and expose the flap edge and a unique spatula with beveled notches for "unzipping" the flap edge. The smoothly polished bi-convex spatula can also be used for lifting and repositing the flap.
